How to install:

Create a folder "skin" (not "skins") in Darkstone directory and put tga files there.

Example:

d:\games\Darkstone\skin\name_face.tga (portrait)
d:\games\Darkstone\skin\name.tga (clothes)

Rename skin files according your character name.
Example: warrior_face.tga -> Neeshka_face.tga
(and warrior.tga -> Neeshka.tga for body texture, if exist)

You can also use mods, to replace all default character portraits (simultaneously).
Unlike built-in skins support feature, this portraits can be shown in the main menu. The resolution may be lower, though.

How to use: copy folder "data" to the game and that's it.
